Terms of Service
Last updated: April 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Troxy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Troxy provides a payment control layer for AI agents. The Service allows users to define policies that govern how AI agents can initiate payments on their behalf, including spending limits, merchant restrictions, and approval workflows. Troxy does not process payments directly — it provides authorization decisions that integrate with your existing payment infrastructure.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys. You agree to notify us immediately at gaslan@troxy.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Facilitate fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in a manner that degrades service for others
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate payment authorization for AI agents
5. API Keys and Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your API keys. Any action taken using your API key is your responsibility. If an API key is compromised, revoke it immediately from the dashboard. Troxy is not liable for unauthorized use of your API keys.
6. Data and Audit Logs
The Service logs all payment evaluation requests for audit purposes. These logs include transaction metadata (merchant name, amount, decision) but never full payment card numbers. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the dashboard Settings page.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis during the MVP phase. We are not liable for losses arising from Service downtime or interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Troxy and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from payment decisions made by the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
